Digital Strategy is a one-day intensive workshop that aims to extend participants’ skills and knowledge in developing a digital marketing strategy for their organisation. Learning outcomes include understanding how to apply models and frameworks for developing digital marketing strategy; knowledge of strategy planning processes for online marketing; and tactical considerations for specific strategic objectives.

Information presented will include case studies, current research, and practical hands-on tips. Participants have the opportunity to learn from each other with discussion of experiences encouraged by the facilitator. This workshop uses a variety of content from facilitator presentation, small group activities and discussion, through to video and text-based materials. This workshop qualifies for eight hours of professional development under the Professional Maintenance Program of the AMI's Certified Practising Marketer Program.
