This is a one-day intensive advanced workshop that aims to extend participants’ skills and knowledge in the latest techniques to develop and deliver growth-oriented marketing strategies. It will cover a practical framework for driving marketing strategy through an understanding of the organisation's position and a systematic set of techniques to identify and realise market potential.

The program’s simple but comprehensive framework allows senior marketing managers to use their existing approaches in a more integrated way, while filling gaps in their present planning methods.

This workshop qualifies for eight hours of professional development under the Professional Maintenance Program of the AMI's Certified Practising Marketer Program.
