Developing a business case for marketing investment and articulating marketing’s contribution to organisational performance are fundamental skills for marketing executives. This one-day intensive workshop aims to extend participants’ skills and knowledge in measuring and managing marketing performance. In addition to show-casing tools and measures that evaluate the impact of marketing initiatives, the workshop will illustrate how metrics can guide strategic planning.

This workshop will cover a wide range of marketing metrics, including brand equity and the return on marketing investment. Participants will cover the theoretical frameworks with a practical emphasis that includes case study exercises.
